Become a Rider

Create a rider account for MR.UP. After signup, an admin will review and approve your rider profile before deliveries and parcel jobs become available.

Rider accountUse the rider's real phone number, working city, and address for admin review.
Vehicle and serviceThese details decide which delivery, parcel, and trip work the rider can receive.
Settlement bank accountAdmin uses this account for rider payout verification and settlement records.
Documents and photosUpload clear images so admin can approve the rider without asking again.
Driving LicenseFront, back, and expiry date are checked by admin.
Vehicle InsuranceUpload the current policy or insurance proof.
Vehicle RegistrationVehicle book or registration document with expiry if available.
Revenue LicenseRoad tax or revenue license for the active vehicle.
NIC / National IDIdentity document only. No expiry date is required here.
Profile and SelfieProfile photo can be uploaded or pasted as a URL. Selfie is for identity matching.

Submit your rider account request. An admin must approve your profile before delivery tasks appear.

What happens next?

  • Your rider account is created immediately.
  • Admin must change your approval from pending to approved.
  • You can then sign in to the rider app and start receiving delivery, parcel, and trip jobs.
